Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are a small enterprise and take great care in making and packaging our products. However, we understand that there may be times where you might not be satisfied with your purchase. We urge you to review our policy on returns and refunds below.

Returns are applicable if

• the product was damaged in transit
• a manufacturing defect was found in the product
• you did not receive what you ordered

In all three cases, please send us a photo of the damaged product(s) within 48 hours of receiving it to info@kohanahomes.com with the subject line ‘RETURN’.

Items can be returned withing 15 days of receipt. Please ensure that the returns are shipped in original condition with tags and packaging included.

Returns not applicable if

• you purchase a ceramic or glass product
• you aren’t satisfied with the specifications (as mentioned in the web listing)
• you have crossed the 15-day return window and if the product doesn’t reach us in original condition.
• orders are cancelled once they have been shipped

Refund details

Once we receive the returned products and if it matches the terms of return, we will initiate the process of return. This will take a maximum of 20 days to reach you. We will respond with an email confirmation as well.

Important disclaimer

We work with locally sourced raw materials and small artisan groups across India. Our products (especially ceramic size and colour) might vary according to the production conditions and local climate. We only use food safe dyes for our products.
